Communion Sunday—May 6th!
Please keep your children with you as we worship and share Communion as a family. They will be dismissed to their classes after worship. Every monthly communion Sunday we collect non-perishable food, clothing in good condition, unopened toiletry items, toys in like-new condition, and other donations that will be taken to local ministries for distribution.
Healthy Family Life Sermon Series
Do you know what it takes to have a “Healthy Family Life?” A good mix of Talk, Trust, Truth, Touch, and Time. Pastor Cameron is beginning a new series May 6th on how to have healthy family relationships in a world full of dysfunction. God’s word and Spirit can enable everyone to live full and happy lives and have great family relationships. Even when we struggle with very difficult issues in our families there is GRACE to bring healing and hope. The series will continue through May; pick up a card at the Connection Counter and invite a friend to hear this valuable teaching!
Hope International Dedication
On May 14th Pastor Cameron and Kathie will go to Japan to celebrate the dedication of Hope International’s new building. God miraculously enabled them to buy this $4 million building for just $150,000! It is a tradition in Japan to give a gift at such ceremonies, and we want to bless our sister church with a generous gift to help with needed repairs & maintenance. Designate funds by indicating Hope International Fellowship on the offering envelope today so that Pastor can take the gift when they leave.

Charge! Youth in the Fire
Join a group of young radicals fighting for an awakening and change in the hearts and minds of a generation! Charge is a 2 day intensive hosted by New City Church April 6 & 7. The event, featuring great speakers and talented musicians, is targeted for youth age 25 and younger but all are welcome to attend. Special Guest Sunday, March 18th—Rick Oldland!
Rick Oldland, from Lancashire, England, is a revivalist and pioneering leader who has traveled the world equipping churches to Live In Revival. He is here at New Day to stir up the fire of revival in our church and in Kalamazoo, and to teach us how to maintain our lives in revival for as long as it takes to see Christ’s Kingdom come in our region!

Mark Morris will be our special guest speaker February 26th and March 11th! Mark has a gift for bringing God’s heart in a laid back, fun way and you won’t want to miss what God is going to share through him! Mark Morris is a pastoral assistant at New Day.

While Bulgaria was under a communist regime Pastor Mitko was arrested many times & persecuted for his faith. In 1989 he and his wife Albena founded an underground church. Their ministry is a part of Global Celebration under Georgian & Winnie Banov, and they are now senior Pastors of the largest River Church in Bulgaria.

Financial Freedom Class
Wednesday, February 22 at New Day from 6:30-8:30pm. Come and learn how to remove things that block financial favor in your life. Discussion topics include ungodly beliefs, generational issues, judgments, and poverty mentality; prayer ministry will help you apply what you’ve learned. Child care will be provided.
We Are All Children of God
Kaitlin Ives is teaching a series designed to help anyone who works with kids or youth to assist and accommodate children with special needs. This 4 week class meets Monday nights in February from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM at New Day. There is no charge, and snacks and beverages are provided. Childcare is not provided.
